These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the krikiy website at krikiy.bet and any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively "the Platform"). krikiy operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply in full to every registered account, every deposit, every wager, every bonus redemption, and every withdrawal processed through krikiy.

krikiy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made.

By registering on krikiy, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. krikiy reserves the right to request identity documents (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) at any stage to verify your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence. krikiy makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in every location. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the Player's own risk.

Each player may hold only one registered account on krikiy at any time. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of every associated account without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krikiy login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. krikiy will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact krikiy support immediately.

krikiy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. KYC documents must be submitted in a clear, unedited format. krikiy reserves the right to delay withdrawals until KYC requirements are fully satisfied.

All account balances on krikiy are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. krikiy is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

krikiy reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, krikiy may place a hold on the relevant funds pending investigation and may report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Player funds held in krikiy accounts are kept separate from the Platform's operational funds. However, krikiy does not guarantee the return of funds in the event of insolvency beyond what is recoverable from segregated accounts. Players are encouraged to withdraw winnings regularly rather than maintaining large standing balances.

All bets placed on krikiy are subject to acceptance by the Platform. krikiy reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets that appear to exploit a pricing error.

Odds displayed on the krikiy platform are indicative and may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time the bet is accepted are the odds that apply to settlement. For cricket and other sports markets, official results as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) are used to settle bets. krikiy is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect data supplied by third-party data providers, though it will make all reasonable efforts to correct such errors promptly.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in full if: the relevant event is cancelled or postponed beyond the qualifying period; the market is suspended at the time the bet is placed due to a technical error; or krikiy determines that the bet was placed on erroneous odds that differ materially from market prices. The decision to void a bet rests entirely with krikiy and is final.

All casino games available on krikiy — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live-streamed outcomes from regulated studio environments. The house edge for each game is published within the game interface or in the game provider's documentation. krikiy does not manipulate game outcomes. Any suspected malfunction of a game voids all affected plays and stakes are returned.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within this period will be forfeited without refund.

krikiy actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets across accounts to artificially meet wagering requirements; using automated software or bots to place bets. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed. Any winnings derived from abusive behaviour may be withheld.

krikiy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to the modification, provided those bonuses have not yet expired.

krikiy does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21. It is also the Platform's policy to prevent gambling by individuals who are self-excluded, using a third party's account, or accessing the platform under duress or impaired judgment.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via the account settings panel or by contacting support. During a cooling-off period, the account remains accessible for withdrawal of existing funds but no deposits or wagers may be placed.

Self-exclusion requests are treated as permanent unless the player submits a formal reinstatement request after a minimum cooling-off period of six months. krikiy will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that access will be blocked across all possible devices and browsers simultaneously.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krikiy platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate the proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports bets.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, IP restriction, or account closure imposed by krikiy.
• Abusing the Platform's support staff through offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikiy's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

krikiy collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform's services.

krikiy employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform's servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. If you have a complaint about the Platform, you should contact the krikiy support team in the first instance via the live chat facility or the support email address listed in the footer of this page. krikiy will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. For complex matters, resolution may take up to 28 days.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlement, or account balances, the records held on krikiy's servers shall be considered the definitive record of all transactions and game results. Players may request a copy of their transaction history via the support team at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the krikiy platform that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
